Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday. While we strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, please allow up to 48 hours during busy periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery to Business Addresses
If your order is being shipped to a business address, please include the company name in your shipping details. This helps ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Returns Due to Address Issues
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or rejection by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the parcel.
